Weekly Float Class

Regular Float Class: Fridays
10am - 11am

Float Fitness - Aerial Pilates/All levels welcome-
No experience necessary, basic physical health essential.

Part Pilates, part martial arts (think tai chi) and part dance-
This class is strengthening and lengthening with moments of flight and always a sense of play. We’ll work slowly through one series a month so that by the end of the month you'll be floating through the series.

Intensive Acro Workshop: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays
12-1pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 1-2pm Fridays

Acrobatics for Dancers - All levels welcome

This is an intensive workshop for people who want to add skills to their repertoire. You must sign up for at least 2 classes a week to be part of this series.  3 a week is the best way to really learn these skills. 

Imagine walking into an audition where they ask you for your acro pass and instead of blindly improvising your way through, you confidently execute a solid, inspiring pass. Or, imagine showing up at an audition where they ask you to do lines while rolling over a table or falling off a chair and you know exactly how to do that safely and fluidly, when to breathe, when to flip & when to punctuate.

In this class you will polish the basic techniques of acrobatic skills like: rolls, cartwheels, pirouettes and twists on your hands even front and back handspring- if you’re at that level- and break them down to translate simple moves into personal artistic expression. Then you will learn how to apply them in dance sequences or character moments that you can offer at the right moment. In this advanced workshop you will also integrate theatrical props like chairs and tables; or working with text and monologues.

Regular Fly Class: Fridays

Flying Dance - All levels welcome
Open session harness. No experience necessary, but this class moves more quickly than the Adventure class. 
Perhaps you're into circus, but new to harness. Perhaps you're a dancer looking to try aerial. In this class, you'll learn the basics of 2 point harness and move quickly into choreography and more.
Or if you've taken our class before- You've tasted flight. Now its time to dive in and really find out what you can do. We can't wait to get into the good stuff and get you feeling really confident in the air.

This class further develops harness skills in choreography that builds in complexity over multiple classes.
