Aerial Core: 6:00-7:00pm and 7:15-8:15pm
Flow, get strong and have some fun.
These classes are strengthening and lengthening, with moments of flight and always a sense of play. Every class is open to all levels with plenty of modifications to work as deeply or lightly as you want.
