In these classes we give you the tools to safely learn technically correct, basic gymnastics skills & translate them into unique acrobatic movements or characters appropriate for your level & goals.

These classes are strengthening and lengthening, with moments of flight and always a sense of play. Most classes are open to all levels with plenty of modifications to work as deeply or lightly as you want.
Whether you’re a novice adventurer or professional performer. We teach flying harness for your skill level; for audition training, or just for a fun one time experience
Due to our small class sizes and the personal nature of our studio if no one is signed up for group fitness classes by 9pm the night before then 10am classes will be canceled. So sign up in advance! :)
